1. Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen

Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen serves their meals family style, meaning you choose a few meats and sides for the whole table to share instead of everyone choosing their own meal. Some of the entrees you can choose from include fried chicken, beef pot roast, meatloaf, and fried catfish. Some of the sides include candied yams, creamed potatoes, baked mac and cheese, and green beans. Everyone also gets their own dessert, and you choose from ooey gooey butter cake, banana pudding, or the seasonal cobbler. Everyone will be full when you leave Paula Deen’s!

2. Timberwood Grill

If you guys enjoy a casual place to eat, then you should go to the Timberwood Grill. Start your meal with one of the appetizers, such as the Gold Nuggets, fried balls of mac and cheese. 4. Mellow Mushroom

In the mood for pizza while you’re at The Island? Visit Mellow Mushroom, a restaurant where you’ll find every kind of pizza you could think of. Want to share something with the whole table? Grab something from the munchies menu, such as wings or garlic cheese bread. You can get different kinds of salads or hoagies instead of pizza. Pizza is served as a small, medium, or large.
